The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect’s vehicle involved in a car theft Sunday morning. Deputies posted photos online of the car thought to be used by the suspects in a vehicle being stolen in the 7100 block of Stevens School Road in Whitesville. The stolen vehicle was abandoned behind Heritage Christian School on Thruston Dermont Road around 3:30am. It had been parted out and damaged.
