The American Red Cross here in Owensboro gives back to the community in many many ways and you can join their mission by becoming a volunteer. From serving meals to disaster victims to helping with blood drives, volunteers contribute throughout our community. Their volunteers teach CPR and help soldiers arrange travel home for the birth of a child. They help prepare for disaster and recover from the aftermath.
