Ashland, KY. (March 28, 2024) – The Kentucky State Police Post 14 in Ashland announces the arrest of Joshua Meenach in connection with an ongoing investigation into the death of Stacy Meenach.
The investigation began on Friday, March 31, 2023, following the discovery of human remains in a burned-out vehicle on Sawpit Road.
On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, the Greenup County Grand Jury issued an indictment warrant for Joshua Meenach, charging him with murder, arson in the first degree, tampering with physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse, all related to the incident on Sawpit Road.
The Kentucky State Police Post 14 acknowledges the efforts of all agencies and individuals involved in the investigation.
