(Tipton County, IN) — A Tipton County man is scheduled to be sentenced at 9 a.m. today for impregnating a juvenile girl in 2021. Steven Castillo was charged with child molestation with a victim younger than 14. The girl was at IU Tipton Hospital in December 2021 complaining of back pain and tests showed she was pregnant. She told police Castillo had sexually assaulted her and told her to not tell her mother. The girl gave birth at an Indianapolis hospital.
