The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department continues looking into an injury accident that happened Thursday morning. At around 11:46am, crews were dispatched to a collision at Highway 144 and 1389. A Ford F-350 was attempting to travel from the intersection to southbound Jones Road. That’s when the truck pulled into the path of a Camaro. The male driver of the car had to be extricated, and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The occupants of the F-350 were not injured. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
