A Kentucky funeral home is under investigation for cremating bodies without a license. Cloverport Funeral Home cannot provide cremation services due to a temporary restraining order. The funeral home has been under investigation for nearly a month after allegedly failing to register for a state license. The funeral home remains open without crematory services. Over 300 cremations have been performed by the funeral home since April of last year.
