“Empowering People Through Hope” is the mission of CrossRoads Owensboro and they do just that.  CrossRoads Owensboro is a walk-in emergency overnight shelter for homeless women and children, CrossRoads Owensboro is a food pantry, CrossRoads Owensboro is LOVE.
