According to National Weather Service (Paducah), White Flag criteria will likely be met Friday and Saturday nights (November 17-18, 2023).
A White Flag event signals the opening of an overnight emergency shelter that will be open to all men, women, and children.
Hours of Operation: 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M, unless beds are available at another shelter.
