(Fort Wayne, IN) — United Auto Workers Local 2209 members in Fort Wayne have rejected the tentative contract with General Motors. The truck plant employees voted over 60-percent against the deal. The contract with GM might fail as older workers are pushing a no vote. The contracts with Ford and Stellantis are expected to be approved.
