A bond hearing has been moved to Thursday for the teen accused of the murder of 16-year-old Demarion Black. After his appearance in adult court, it has now been revealed that the suspect is Peiyton Smith, who was also 16 at the time of the shooting. Black was found with several gunshot wounds in the the 1800 block of Hughes Avenue in late June. He later died at the hospital. Smith had been lodged at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Facility since his arrest.
