A trove of items owned by the late Freddie Mercury will be going up for auction today, including handwritten lyrics to some of Queen’s biggest hits. The items were on display in a traveling exhibit over the summer. The legendary singer died in 1991. Proceeds will go to the Phoenix Mercury Trust and the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
