Daviess County Attorney John Burlew released information Thursday about a person charged with various sex offenses being transferred to adult court. The individual, who still can’t be named because the offenses occurred when they were a juvenile, was put under adult court authority after a transfer hearing. The individual is now an adult, and can’t be named until after an indictment. The charges are two counts of Rape 1st Degree, four counts of Sodomy 1st Degree, and one count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $100,000.00 full cash.
