Surveillance video at a Bloomington scrapyard is what led to the arrest of another Hoosier man involved in the Capitol riots two years ago. William Wilkerson was arrested last week and charged with four misdemeanor counts of unlawfully entering the U.S. Capitol. When Wilkerson went to buy some scrap metal from the yard the dealer ran his ID per state law, and his face matched that of a person seen inside the Capitol that day. In February 2022, a witness identified Wilkerson in a photo from inside the Capitol.
