When you walk into both the Windy Hollow Restaurant and Windy Hollow Biscuit House, it’s like a stroll through days gone by with war artifacts, Windy Hollow paraphernalia and movie posters collected by Hal Miller over the years. Hal’s daughter, Evelyn and granddaughter Hallie run both restaurants now. One of the focal pieces of the Biscuit House is the original Windy Hollow Menu board from 1963.
In celebration of serving for 60 years, “Rooster” Evelyn Miller has announced a four hour promotion for the Windy Hollow Biscuit House on Emory Drive. On Tuesday, April 25th Windy Hollow Biscuit House will offer a $1.25 Chicken Dinner! The meal will include fresh hand-breaded prepared with their in-house seasoned flour. The chicken will will be paired with Windy Hollow’s fresh cut and seasoned homemade french fries. The meal will be available from 10am-2pm, or while supplies last.

“Inflation from 1963 to today would have this priced at 12.10! So, in today’s world, our $1.25 dinner may be more of a snack but we want to do something fun! So, buy a few for yourself or to share,” said Evelyn “Rooster” Miller.
The promotion will be dine in or carry out and not available on third-party delivery sites.
Windy Hollow Biscuit House is now open 6 days a week. For more information check out the Windy Hollow Biscuit House Facebook Page.
