(Frankfort, KY) — A bill to lower Kentucky’s income tax is making its way to Governor Andy Beshear. The bill passed easily through Kentucky’s House and Senate and looks to drop income tax from four-point-five percent down to four percent in the commonwealth. Republicans say it is intended to return money to working Kentuckians. It is now on Beshear’s desk.
