The Apollo girls wrestling team finished 10th out of 83 teams at the Kentucky Wrestling Coaches Association state meet in Lexington this past week. Mayte Lopez led the way with her state runner-up finish. Erin Faulkner placed 4th, while Katelynn Davis reached the consolation bracket finals. Hadleigh Johnson and Suraya Turner finished their day in the consolation bracket second round and Lilyan List won a match as well.
