Rice, a sophomore forward, scored 23 points and hauled in 23 rebounds in Butler County’s 65-60 win over Grayson County last week. For the season, he’s averaging 19 points per game, shooting 60.2% from the field, 81% from the free throw line, and 12 rebounds per game.
Rice and the Bears return to action on February 10th as they host 12th district rival Edmonson County.
