A new spot to get a coffee fix is about to open in Owensboro. Scooter’s Coffee is a stand-alone kiosk that opens on Monday in the 2000 of East Parrish. The drive-thru service is located across the street from the Springs Health Centre. The beverage selections include espresso, regular coffee and Red Bull Infusions as well as pastries and breakfast options.
