Phelps, a senior combo guard, scored 24 points in the Lady Bears 45-27 win over Grayson County. On the season, she’s averaging 14.3 points per game, shooting 40.3% from the field, and pulling down 7.9 rebounds per game.
Phelps and the Lady Bears return to action on Friday as they travel to Edmonson County for a 12th district showdown.
