On Tuesday, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office set out to attempt and locate several wanted individuals in Ohio County. Detectives’ first stop was on Apple House Road in Beaver Dam where they visited a home in an attempt to serve an indictment warrant on Jerry Hayse. Hayse was residing at a residence that was not approved by probation and parole. When Detectives arrived at the residence, Hayse answered the door. Hayse was arrested on his active indictment for the following:
-Poss Cont Sub 1st degree, 2nd offense
-Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
-Probation Violation
Hayse was transported to the Ohio County Detention Center.
Next on the list was a residence on 1245 in Beaver Dam. Detectives had noticed that Kevin Bradshaw of Beaver Dam had an active child support warrant, and his ankle monitor was pinging at a well-known address where Detectives had previously been in 2022 and served a search warrant for illegal narcotics.
When undercover Detectives knocked on the door, Bradshaw came to the door and introduced himself to the officers. Bradshaw was taken into custody for his warrants. Detectives then located the homeowner, Crystal Thompson, who also had several outstanding warrants for her arrest. Thompson was subsequently arrested for her outstanding indictment warrants for drug offenses. During the arrests, Detectives located several more grams of suspected methamphetamine. Also located were scales, glass pipes, and drug paraphernalia that indicated drug trafficking.
Bradshaw and Thompson were both transported to the Ohio County Detention Center.
