U.S. Bank officials say employees will be relocated to other branches once the branch on Frederica Street closes next month. The company says customers use mobile and online banking more which means fewer customers in the branches themselves. That has led to the decision to consolidate some branch locations including the closing of the Southtown Kentucky branch.
