RiverValley Behavioral Health strives to offer hope this holiday season to help assure those who may not be in the holiday spirit that they are not alone. RVBH has launched its “Hope for the Holidays” campaign, offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training throughout five of its seven counties throughout December and January. MHFA is a course administered by the national Council for Mental Wellbeing that teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance-use crises. MHFA is free and open to anyone who would like to participate. Food and refreshments will be provided and all participants will be entered into a gift card raffle.
