Another Republican has joined Kentucky’s already crowded governor’s race. Somerset Mayor Alan Keck launched his campaign website on Monday and changed his Twitter bio to “Republican candidate for governor with a game plan for Kentucky.” First elected to his current position in 2018, Keck recently won a second term as Somerset’s mayor. He joins a list of fellow Republicans in the race, including Attorney General Daniel Cameron, Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles, former UN Ambassador Kelly Craft and State Auditor Mike Harmon.
