If you’ve watched a lot of TV then you have likely seen the GEICO Caveman commercials. The man who played the GEICO Caveman for many years is now taking on a new job at the University of Southern Indiana. His name is McManus Woodend and he is now an instructor of English Rhetoric, and Composition at USI. A spokesperson for the school says the job is just the “latest step in Woodend’s career that centers around a love of film.” Woodend appeared in around 25 different commercials as the GEICO Caveman.
