It’s a long ballot and you may need an extra stamp. Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams is warning voters that there are a lot of races on the ballot in next month’s general election. They include a U.S. Senate seat, every U.S. House seat, every state House seat, half the state Senate seats, as well as city and county races. There are also many non-partisan judicial races and two constitutional amendments, including the abortion question. Because of the size of the ballot, Secretary Adams says it may take 2 or 3 stamps to mail an absentee ballot. He’s encouraging voters to go online and see a sample ballot in their precinct.
