Cline, a junior quarterback and defensive back, completed 3-5 passes for 76 yards and 2 touchdowns in McLean County’s road win over class 4A Allen County-Scottsville on Friday. He also rushed for 86 yards and an additional touchdown, while racking up 4 tackles on defense.
