VanMeter, a junior running back, wins the Cougar of the week award for the second consecutive week following his big performance in Grayson County’s 42-6 win over Muhlenberg County. He carried the ball 17 times for 177 yards and 4 touchdowns along with a 2 point conversion. VanMeter also tallied 3 tackles on defense including 2 tackles for loss.
VanMeter and the Cougars return to action on Thursday as they host Breckinridge County.
