Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell allegedly wants more money from Trump to help Republican Senate candidates. It was reported by Politico on Friday who added McConnell is privately asking Trump to spend some of the 99-million dollars he has received in donations to help underfunded GOP runners in November’s elections. McConnell’s alleged request has been echoed by Senator Lindsey Graham who is urging Trump to help the candidates he has himself endorsed. A spokesperson for the former president said it is not Trump’s job to elect a Senate majority and pointed out his commitment to helping Republicans win by attending rallies and building media attention around them.
