The cans and bottles are piling-up in Evansville. The city yesterday said it will not resume its recycling program for another two weeks. Evansville is waiting for crews o repair some equipment at the recycling plant, and the parts for those repairs aren’t available until after Labor Day. Evansville says recycling will have to wait until at least September 12th.
