Theatre Workshop of Owensboro is looking for some performers for a new production. The Penguin Project is an international program that supports development for children with special needs through theater. On January 13th though the 15th, TWO will host The Penguin Project production of “Annie the Musical, Jr” at the RiverPark Center. The show is presented by the Kiwanis Club of Owensboro. The theater will need children age 10 through 21 with special needs and/or developmental disabilities to perform in the play. They also need children age 10 through 21 who are willing and able to serve as peer mentors. On Tuesday, there will be an information session for prospective performers, mentors, and their families to learn more about this program and begin preparing for participation. The session will be at Daviess County High School in the Choir Room/Auditorium at 5:30pm.
