Funeral arrangements have been set for the Webster County woman killed by her boyfriend over the weekend. As previously reported, 47-year-old William Brian Virgin called Webster County dispatch on Saturday saying he strangled his girlfriend, 31-year-old Heather Davidson. Units arrived on the scene and confirmed the death. Kentucky State Police got involved in the investigation, which led to the arrest of Virgin. Visitation for Davidson will be Monday morning at the Sunset Funeral Home Mausoleum Chapel in Evansville. A funeral service will follow. In Virgin’s arraignment Tuesday, he was assigned a public defender.
