A national drive-thru coffee franchise is expanding into Owensboro and Henderson. Scooter’s Coffee is planning to open two locations in Owensboro including its first location in the city in the 2000 block of East Parrish. That location is opening at the end of October. The second location in Owensboro and another in Henderson have yet to be determined but company officials say construction should begin within two years.
