A man and a woman stranded in their car in high water have been arrested on drug charges in Beaver Dam. The pair were stranded when they tried to navigate a flooded Highway 62 shortly before 10 Thursday night. Brooklyn Gossett and Bryson Underwood were rescued when their car stalled. First responders found marijuana, scales and baggies in the car and Gossett and Underwood face drug possession and other charges.
