Taunya sits down with Berly Tillman Sullivan, Executive Director of MentorKids Kentucky. MentorKids is a non-profit that exists to positively impact the lives of kids, ages 6 to 14 years old, from single-parent and non-traditional households to promote academic excellence, character building, social responsibilities, relational and life skills development. Berly became the Executive Director of MentorKids Kentucky on March 2, 2015. Her and Taunya sit down to discuss MentorKids’ role in the community and the MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race Fundraiser happening on August 27th, 2022. This race will be happening at Diamond Lake Resort and hosted by Independence Bank!
Something very special about the mentors with MentorKids Kentucky is that they are Christian adult volunteers who step in alongside kids from our community to help them persevere through the trials of life by building their character and offering them hope for the future.
