Chloe Ebelhar, a junior at Apollo High School, was named an honorary Commissioner of Agriculture by Ryan Quarles, Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture, in recognition of Chloe’s continuous work in the area of mental health awareness in agriculture. Chloe has worked with Dale Dobson, farm and home safety program administrator with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, and the “Raising Hope” initiative that is designed to address mental health and wellness and suicide awareness and prevention among Kentucky’s farmers.
