Downtown Live, a summer series of entertainment hosted at the RiverPark Center! Downtown Live will span twelve Fridays, kicking off May 13th, with an exciting variety of themes each week.
The event is 21+ and will feature multiple bars and entertainment spaces throughout the RiverPark Center.
During Downtown Live, the RiverPark Center will transform into a 21+ entertainment complex. Every Friday night will have a different theme, ranging from “Ladies’ Night” to “Friends of
Farmers Night”, providing guests with an exciting new experience each week. With six different spaces and multiple bars, the RiverPark Center aims to create a fun and exciting atmosphere
geared towards adults.
“We wanted to go with a 21+ type of event so as to not take anything away from Friday After 5,” said RiverPark Center’s Executive Director, Rich Jorn. “FA5 is a wonderful experience for
families, we wanted to offer an alternative to that.”

Audio PlayerDowntown Live guests can enjoy a cold beer from a riverside bar on the BB&T Plaza, cocktails on the dance floor in the Jody Berry theater, cornhole and live music in the Atmos courtyard,
and much more depending on the theme of the week.

Spirits and Brews, DownTown Live will kick-off on Friday, May 13th. Activities include: screenings of local filmmaker, PJ Stark’s, movies in Cannon Hall, Moonbow Apothecary & Emporium showcasing their crystals and all your manifesting needs, as well as Tarot with the Jordans (two experienced readers who share a name but have different styles of slinging
cards).
O’Chella, May 20th. RiverPark Center’s take on Coachella, which includes a rave in the Jody Berry Theater, selfie stations, and more to get you into that summer festival spirit!
Beer Snobs, July 8th. Beer enthusiasts are invited to test out their palettes with a blind tasting of a variety of beer ranging from domestic to craft. The winner with the most correct guesses wins free tickets to a RiverPark Center event! And if that’s not enough beer for you, the RiverPark Center will be hosting Hops on the Ohio that Saturday, July 9th.
Biker Night, July 29th. Sponsored by Bud’s Harley-Davidson. Bikers from Owensboro and surrounding areas (and anyone else who enjoys a rowdy good time), are invited to celebrate the
world of motorcycles. Guests are encouraged to show off their best bikes in a Bike Show contest.

Downtown Live will run for 12 weeks starting May 13, with events starting at 6pm and ending at 11pm.
