The Team Kentucky Homeowner Assistance Fund is a new program aimed at helping homeowners affected by the pandemic to avoid foreclosure. Governor Beshear says the program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act. It will allow qualifying homeowners to apply for up to 35-thousand-dollars in assistance to help with delinquent mortgage payments, property taxes, homeowners and-or flood insurance, association fees and utilities.
