On Monday, January 10th, 2022 at approximately 11:24 pm, the Owensboro Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Pennbrooke Avenue for a firearm discharge. An occupied residence was struck one time by gunfire. No one was injured.
Detectives responded to investigate and located Cody Dennison (27 years old of Owensboro) several hours later. Dennison was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree and 1 count of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
