RIHANNA CRITICIZED FOR HAVING WHITE MODELS IN BRAIDS AT SAVAGE FENTY FASHION SHOW: Rihanna has been criticized for cultural appropriation for having white models styled in braids at her Savage X Fenty fashion show. Former High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens and model Emily Ratajkowski were among those to appear on the catwalk the show and they both wore braids. One fan reacted, saying, “I wish I could write something as funny as Rihanna putting all these white girls in braids for the fenty show.” Another wrote, “I love the fenty show but I think we deserved a trigger warning for seeing this many white women in braids.”
AZRIEL CLARY SAYS PEOPLE WARNED R. KELLY ABOUT SLEEPING WITH UNDERAGE GIRLS: In an interview with Gayle King on CBS This Morning, Azriel Clary spoke of her former relationship with R. Kelly and why she is not surprised with the guilty verdict. She said, “I feel like, you know, I know that he knows that he is guilty. People told him. People tried to warn him. People tried to help him. He didn’t care. He was selfish. He was greedy. He was a pedophile. And he never, not once, wanted to get help.” When King asked her to clarify, she said, “Meaning, like, assistants. They would tell him, you know, “These people are minors. You can’t be flying these people in. I don’t know what you’re doing with them.” She said Kelly would respond, “'Mind your business,' 'You’re fined,' or 'You’re fired.' That’s the only options that he would give people that worked for him and I feel like it’s very disturbing for him to sit and think that he is still innocent when he knows of all the trauma that he's put us through.” Kelly was convicted on all counts relating to his New York sex crimes trial and is awaiting sentencing.
KELLY PRICE NO LONGER LISTED AS A MISSING PERSON: According to TMZ, Kelly Price is no longer listed as a missing person with the National Crime Information Center. Cops in Cobb County said that the singer met with investigators this week and she has been removed from the list. Meanwhile, Price's attorney said that cop also conducted a welfare and safety check.
