Kenyata Carbon was simply magnificent in Owensboro’s 49-42 win over Daviess County at Reid Stadium Friday night. Carbon racked up 181 yards rushing on only 10 carries for an outstanding 18 yards per carry. He also scored 3 rushing touchdowns and had one kickoff return for a touchdown, which came right after Daviess County had tied the game up at 35.
Defensively, Carbon racked up 12 tackles to go along with his big night on the offensive side of the ball. Owensboro will host arch rival Owensboro Catholic this Friday night at 7pm.
