Does this surprise anyone? For the seventh straight year, Chick-Fil-A is being named America’s favorite fast-food restaurant. The American Customer Satisfaction Index study shows, despite dropping one-percent in the customer satisfaction score, Chick-Fil-A is still king finishing with a score of 83-percent. The industry standard customer satisfaction rating is 78. Subway saw one of the biggest dips with a five-percent drop giving them a 75. That puts the sandwich chain toward the bottom of the list. McDonald’s remains dead last with a flat score of 70.
