A new event is starting in Owensboro. The District Mocktail/Cocktail Crawl starts today and will run through May 21st. Several bars and restaurants in the city’s downtown entertainment district are offering featured mocktails and cocktails from as little as two-dollars-and-50 cents. Owensboro officials say it’s another effort to restart the city’s entertainment economy.
