Update:
An accident Thursday afternoon on Kentucky 81 near the Daviess/McLean County line has left 3 dead. Kentucky State Police report that shortly before 11:30 a.m., an SUV driven by Joshua Fox, age 35 of Nortonville, was driving North on Kentucky 81 when Fox sideswiped a dump truck heading south driven by 53-year old Brian Korb of Dawson Springs. A short distance later that SUV, driven by Fox, crossed into the southbound lane striking a car head-on, driven by 24-year old Dylan Howard of Calhoun, killing Fox. A passenger in the front seat of the car, 23-year old Shawna Rodney of Calhoun, and a juvenile passenger in the back seat of the car, 3-year old Emberlyn Howard of Calhoun, were pronounced dead at the scene. The case remains under investigation. The driver of the dump truck, Brian Korb, was not injured and has been charged with driving under the influence as of yesterday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police report three are dead after a crash Thursday morning at the county line on Kentucky 81.
