The City of Owensboro released their operations schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. day on Monday, January 18th. City Hall along with the Parks Administration office will be closed. OTS buses will run on a reduced schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Owensboro Sanitation will run on a normal collection schedule.
