Have you received your mailer yet from the Owensboro Sanitation Department? The holiday schedule for the remainder of this year and for 2021 has been mailed out to Owensboro residents. In the next couple of weeks, trash collection will not occur on Christmas Day or New Years Day. If your normal trash collection day falls on a holiday, don’t fret, your trash pickup will be provided on the following day, even if it’s a Saturday. (For Friday collection.)
Don’t forget, you CAN also dispose of your real Christmas tree via Owensboro Sanitation but do NOT bag it.
