Yesterday (August 26th) Tekashi 6ix9ine announced that his new album entitled Tattle Tales is due out next month. During his announcement, the rapper shared video of himself in Chicago pouring liquor for the deceased Chicago natives. He captioned the video, “EVERYONE GO PRE SAVE THE ALBUM.TATTLE TALES SEPTEMBER 4TH WE JUST LANDED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CHICAGO.”
Several Chicago rappers weren't too happy about Tekashi's stunt. Lil Reese wrote in his Instagram Stories, “You got extorted then rat on yo whole crew b*tch stop playin wit me lil n*gga you whole p*ssy out here that same n*gga got bullets holes for f*ckin around I don’t trick.”
He added, “I heard you just tried to sneak on block bro lol don’t lose you life playing on the internet 69.”
6ix9ine responded, “I seen a video of u sh*tten on yourself.”
Lil Durk later commented, “Damn the feds in Chicago. Everybody go inside.”
Tattle Tales is due out on September 4th.
