Badflower is a newer band in the rock world with only one full length album out, but that first album produced three number one hit songs in “Ghost”, “Heroin” and “The Jester”. Those three songs launched Badflower into the spotlight and they have absolutely thrived in that light. ‘OK, I’m Sick’ was my number one album of 2019 for good reason, but their reign of dominance is continuing in 2020 with the release of the coming of age single “30”.
Don’t worry about the bands age though because these dudes are leading the charge in the rock world today! Badflower’s singer, Josh Katz called into my show where we discussed how it felt watching 3 songs off their first album, ‘OK, I’m Sick’ climb to #1 on the charts, their new song “30” and how difficult it is to staying relevant in the music world, their new album plus I found out if he’s ever written a song about his dog.
