The Kentucky State Fair this year will not allow exhibits, midway concerts, entertainment or food vendors. Governor Andy Beshear announced on Thursday that the Kentucky State Fair, taking place later this month, will be greatly scaled back with attendance limited to participants due to the coronavirus pandemic. The facial covering mandate was also extended another 30 days in the state of Kentucky.
