The Daviess County Panthers have released their 2020 football schedule via the Daviess County football Twitter account. The Panthers will open the season at home against Central Hardin on August 21st and will have 3 of their first 4 games at Reid Stadium before traveling to Rash Stadium on September 18th. Daviess County will begin their district schedule on September 25th when the Panthers travel to Benton, to take on Marshall County. The Panthers will host cross town rival Apollo on October 23rd before closing the season out on the blue turf against Warren East on October 30th in Bowling Green.

August 28th Owensboro Catholic(away): 1st city-county matchup of 2020 for the Panthers
September 4th Madisonville (home): Maroons went 11-3 last season, reaching the state 4A semifinals
September 11th Ohio County (home): DC will look to contain standout Ohio County RB Q’Darius Jennings
September 18th Owensboro (away): Big time city-county showdown at historic Rash Stadium that could decide the city-county championship
September 25th Marshall County (away): 1st district game of 2020 for the Panthers
October 2nd McCracken County (home): Defending 6A District 1 champs come to Reid Stadium
October 16th Henderson County (away): Panthers split with Henderson County last season
October 23rd Apollo (home): The Panthers biggest rival comes to Reid stadium with a possible home playoff game and/or district championship on the line
October 30th Warren East (away): The Raiders return a potent 1-2 combo of QB Nolan Ford and RB KJ Alexander
