The Kentucky Air National Guard will present a two-ship C-130 flyover across the state on Friday as part of Operation American Resolve, a nationwide salute to all those supporting COVID-19 response efforts. The flyover is expected in Owensboro at approximately 4:06 p.m. cst, flying over OCTC and then Owensboro Health at 4:08 p.m.
